We have reserved a hut from Nuuksio for a weekend to practice some winter outdoor skills and have fun.
The hut is owned by two scout troops from Tapiola and it is called Eden. There is room for twenty people and it is warm with electric heating. It has a well for fresh water.
Eden is near Kattilaniemi at Nuuksio. You get there by bus which goes to Nuuksio National Park Centre. if some comes with a car, we can arrange rides from the bus stop to hut (about 2,1 km/30 min).
We have to plan the activities. Please think what do you want learn or teach us. We can discuss this when we meet at Ice Park or in WhatsApp or Signal. There is a sauna. We can warm it up.
Idea is to stay one night there, eat together and have fun. We'll make lunch and dinner together. Bring your snacks and breakfast with you. We'll leave Sunday after breakfast and clean the hut.
Event fee is 30 € for hut, program and two meals.

Saturday
10:00 - 11:00 Arrival, settle down and safety tour
11:00 - 12:30 Outdoor activity 1
12:30 - 13:30 Lunch (outdoors/indoors/open fire/hut?)
13:30 - 15:00 Outdoor activity 2
15:00 - 15:30 Afternoon break (coffee/tea)
15:30 - 17:00 Outdoor activity 3 (darkish)
18:00 - 19:30 Dinner
19:30 - Chilling by the fire (inside), possibility have sauna
Sunday
09:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
10:00 - 11:30 Clean up the hut, chopping wood for next vistors etc.
Gear list:
Sleeping bag, sleeping mattress, pillow
Warm clothes: beanie, gloves, neck scarf, winter jacket and trousers, warm layers and socks, good winter shoes
Back bag to carry your gear
Knife, head light, ax (if you have)
Scout scarf
Cosy clothing for staying inside, slippers or woollen socks
Gas burner or stove, winter gas (for activity)
Your favorite outdoor gear, tool or equipment
A towel (possibility to have sauna) and other stuff you need
Carpooling:
