Wild Eagles ry 9.2.2026
The Board calls members over 15 years to annual spring meeting on 16.3.2026 at the den or online. Matters intended for consideration at the spring meeting shall be sent to the board at least two (2) weeks before the meeting. Last day to send them is 1.3.2026.
Spring meeting is typically an admistrative meeting. We decide and end the year 2025 and decide of action plan, budget and goals for year 2026. We also make a decision of the membership fee or the troop for 2027.

1§ OPENING OF THE MEETING
Troop leader Timo Muttonen will open the meeting.
2§ LEGALITY AND QUORUM
The meeting is declared legal and quorum. The invitation to the meeting was published on the troop's website in accordance with the rules two weeks ago on 24.2.2026.
3§ ORGANIZATION OF THE MEETING
Election of the chairman, secretary and one person to inspect the minutes and tellers.
4§ PRESENTATIONS OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ACTION REPORT 2025
The Board presents the Action Report of the troop and the Financial Statements for 2026.
The financial statements show a positive result of 462,66 €. The result is transferred to the retained earnings account on the balance sheet.
5§ DISCHARGES OF LIABILITIES OF BOOKKEEPING AND ACTIONS
A decision will be made on the discharge of the Board and other accountable persons from liability for the year 2025.
6§ APPROVALS OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ACTION REPORT 2025
The Action report and the Financial Statements for 2025 will be approved.
7§ ACTION PLAN AND BUDGET FOR 2026
The action plan and the budget for 2026 will be presented and approved.
8§ ELECTIONS OF PERFORMANCE AUDITOR FOR 2026
Election of the performance auditor and his deputy for 2026.
9§ MEMBERSHIP FEE 2027
The Board proposes that the membership fee for 2027 will be 20 €.
10§ CHANGE TO THE CONSTITUTION
According to Finnish law the constitution is officially in Finnish. Translation in English is copied from the unofficial version of our constitution. The Finnish version is the official.

Membership in Wild Eagles ry
According to the constitution of Wild Eagles ry, a member is a person approved by the Board who has a valid annual membership fee paid. Members who are 15 years of age or older can participate in the annual meetings in person. Members have the right to attend and vote at meetings. Guardians cannot represent their children aged 15 or over at Annual General Meetings (AGM). We have two annual meetings. Spring meeting in March and utumn meeting in Novemebr or December.

At the spring meeting, the financial statements and annual report are presented and approved, the current year's budget and action plan are approved, and the membership fee for the following year is decided.
At the autumn meeting, the preliminary action plan and goals for the following year are presented, and the troop leader and the Board are elected.
Matters can be presented to the meetings by sending a proposal in writing to the Board two weeks before the meeting. The Board discusses the proposal before the meeting and responds to the proposal at the meeting either in general and supports the proposal or makes a counterproposal. The counterproposal always leads to a vote on the matter. After the Board consideration, the member proposals will be published as appendices to the notice of the meeting.
