ANNUAL MEETING 2025 IS AT THE DEN, ILTARUSKONTIE 3 D 27, 02120 ESPOO 

OR GOOGLE MEETS ON December 1st from 18:00 to 19:00 HRS.

All members over 15 years have right to vote and attend.

Materials of the meeting are here on Nov 9th 2026.

Decisions to be made in the meeting:

• Election of the troop leader (chair)

• Election of the board members: program leader (vice chair), volunteer work leader, treasurer and three to four other members

• Preliminary action plan with major goals for 2026

• Preliminary budget for 2026

• Members can suggest matters for consideration should send the by email to board before Nov 17th 2025.
