The World Scout Jamboree is the largest regular event of the Scout Movement, held every four years and gathering tens of thousands of Scouts aged 14–17 from nearly every country in the world. It’s a unique celebration of peace, diversity, learning, and international friendship.
In 2027, for the first time in history, Poland will host this extraordinary event — and it will take place in the beautiful coastal city of Gdańsk.
With the theme “Bravely!”, the 26th World Scout Jamboree invites young people to step out of their comfort zones, take action for the future, and live the values that unite the global Scouting family.
For us Wild Eagles this is an excellent opportunity to live the most unique scout experience ever. We are putting up a project to enable our members to attend the camp.
The campers (2027) are age of 14-17 and International Service Team (IST) members are 18 years or older.
There will be an official contingent from Finland to take part of the Jamboree 2027. More information you find from the website of Suomen Partiolaiset. Unfortunately it is in Finnish, but we will publish here updates in English. Project has just started and there is team member recruitment on going.
Signing in is going to start later this year. Stay tuned.
The official website of the WSJ 2027 is here.
We will have a get together in the autumn and give you more information of the event, fees and terms of the WSJ 2027 trip.
